shut off sendmail masquerade for specific host

Yes.  This works great.  So does Mailman, so far.  So I'll save my
Sendmail self-improvement homework for a rainy day.

Subcription/unsubscription/info requests: send e-mail with
"subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" on the first line of the
message body to discuss-request at (Subject line is ignored).
