I'm sure there's a trade show somewhere :-) Since you're asking about weekends, I assume you're asking about a buying-type show (the kind where there are lots of dealers and you go to buy stuff), not a trade show (one where manufacturers and software companies have booths to convince you how wonderful their stuff is). The main company that runs that sort of thing in the Boston area (as well as in New Jersey, their home area) is Ken Gordon Productions (http://www.pcshow.com); their next show in the Boston area is at the Shriner's Auditorium in Wilmington on August 12. There are a couple of smaller companies that run shows, but I don't have info on them. This Sunday is the third one of the month, so the Flea at MIT will happen on Sunday morning. It opens at 9am in and next to the Albany Street Garage. There is a lot of computer stuff (mostly older stuff; only a couple of dealers come with current hardware) for sale there, often at bargain prices. Ham radio gear and other electronic goodies also show up there. - Subcription/unsubscription/info requests: send e-mail with "subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" on the first line of the message body to discuss-request at blu.org (Subject line is ignored).
