Linux Friendly ISP

BANet's service works fine with Linux: it's competitively priced, and
uses standard POP3/SMTP mail. I had to wade through the PPP-HOWTO in
order to get it working, but will be glad to send you my configuration
files.

<.std_disclaimer>I am employed by Verizon.
