This is off-topic, but I trust all of you to give me some good advice.... I just got an apartment in Cambridge, lease starting in May, and I'm looking at all my options for cable, telephone and Internet. It looks to me like AT&T Broadband is the only cable TV provider in Cambridge, but I really hope this isn't the case... their prices are so expensive! I live in Somerville now, and I'm paying about $40 ($20 for basic service and another $20 for 5 HBOs and 2 Cinemax chans. I know that AT&T has _digital_ cable, and this is probably what makes it so much more ($29.99 base + different packages of "premium" channels... the one I would want is ~$32), but I wish I had the *option* of getting digital, because I wouldn't(!) -- I need to base my decision on price, not quality. Anyone who lives in Cambridge and can offer me some advice or alternatives, please do so!
