Another option, for individual executables like this, is to get a binutils
.deb file, e.g.
dists/unstable/main/binary-sparc/devel/binutils_2.9.5.0.37-1.deb
or
pool/main/b/binutils/binutils_2.11.90.0.7-2_sparc.deb
from some Debian mirror and unpack it by hand. You'll have to do this
on some other machine though. If you don't have a Debian system
(i.e. you don't have dpkg running) then you need a working ar to
unpack the .deb file.
You will need the right version of the libc shared library installed,
of course.
