Even five years ago, running X was painfully slow with less than 16 MB of RAM. ------- Forwarded Message From: "Admin / WebMaster" <webmaster at webpromo-inc.com> Subject: Linux OS Date: Sat, 15 Sep 2001 14:27:10 -0700 Hello John, I am a first year college student and an looking for a small linux = dist. that will work on a 486, 8MD RAM and 300 MD Hard Drive.
