web hosting ... again :-(

I will recommend pair.com again. I have had an account with them for 
several years now and have no complaints. There is a wide variety of 
packages available w/ the cheapest allowing custom CGI is $28/mo. The FTP 
account is ~$5/mo. All these accounts will meet your needs & more.

I have speakeasy DSL and the service has been reliable enough I would 
consider hosting a site off of it. They aren't the cheapest, but then the 
cheapest ones went out of business long ago... :-)
