web hosting ... again :-(



Try www.he.net.  They're not local, but provide good reliable service 
from what I've heard.  Their rates start from $10/mo., including shell 
access to some form of Linux.  They've also been around for at least 4 
years with basically the same rates and setup, so they should be 
relatively stable.
