I've been trying to get my wireless card (Compaq WL110) running under SuSE 7.3 for a few weeks now. I was able to test it under Windows. In any case, it has an Orinoco chipset, and when starting up it brought up the orinoco_cs driver. To make a long story short, other Linux systems came ruight up with them, but loaded the wvlan_cs driver, not Orinoco. With that info, a quick mod of /etc/pcmcia/ config, config.opts, and wvlan_cs.opts files wvlan_cs loaded very nicely, and the card is now properly working (at least at home. In any case it was strictly configurational. -- Jerry Feldman <gaf at blu.org> Boston Linux and Unix user group http://www.blu.org PGP key id:C5061EA9 PGP Key fingerprint:053C 73EC 3AC1 5C44 3E14 9245 FB00 3ED5 C506 1EA9
