WRT: Other answers which I fully agree, I recommend against System Commander. I used it once, and had a difficult time removing it, because when you boot into Windows, it automatically reinstalls itself. It also has a mid of its own when trying to install other operating systems. LILO and GRUB should suit your purposes just fine.
