Blade based systems

I have had good experiences with the Dell PowerEdge 1U (blade) servers.
They come in various configurations with 1 or 2 CPUs, and up to 4GB
RAM. They have more powerful 2U and 4U models too. Dell will
pre-install RedHat or ship a blank system to you. A while back, I
compared PenguinComputing and Dell rackmounts and found that Dell
offered the better value. All of them will cut a deal with you.
However, PenguinComputing, being a smaller Linux focused vendor, *may*
give you better support. I have never used them so it's only
speculation on my part.
