Is blug list mailer munging follup headers?

Based on a quick look at other messages, I'd say it is not.

I use mutt also, but the copy saved to my sent-mail folder /does/ have
the header.

Note that my mail-followup-to header has only the list address...

I think it is something you're doing.

Mutt does this when you use the list-reply feature.  Have you told
mutt that your address is a mailing list?  Maybe in your .muttrc you
have something like this:

  subscribe jkinz at kinz.org

I think that would be sufficient to cause what you're seeing.

That one, you can fix with procmail.  The procmailex manpage has the
exact recipe to use.
