I don't see 9/11 as having anything to do with it; I think it is more that 
the bubble has burst and there is no longer an abundance of jobs.  It is 
similar to what people in the garment industry and the manufacturing 
sector have been dealing with for years.  And it is interesting to see 
Kerry complaining about it when he voted for NAFTA and voted to give Bush 
trade promotion authority to expand it to the rest of the hemisphere.
