Hey.  Thanks for your help.  I played with it once more and now all is
well.  That "refresh" I did that made SuSe 9.0 turn into 9.1 (as you can
tell I don't know a d*mn thing about SuSe) well, I did an online update
and a ton of updates came flooding down.  Then I tried the Subversion /
Apache install again and everything is okay.  Now back to reading docs.
