SCO's objection to Judge Wells' Discovery order asks the court to sanction IBM for not turning over documents concerning IBM's contribution to the Linux 2.7 kernel. http://www.groklaw.net/ It will be interesting to see how IBM responds to this since there of not a 2.7 kernel yet or in the works. What really has me dumbfounded is why Judge Wells hasn't thrown this whole suit out of court. The order essentially orders SCO to produce the code they think that IBM has infringed upon. It's kind of like a kids game: SCO accuses IBM of cheating, IBM says where did we cheat, SCO says you just did. But, they are accusing IBM of cheating in tomorrows game :-) -- Jerry Feldman <gaf at blu.org> Boston Linux and Unix user group http://www.blu.org PGP key id:C5061EA9 PGP Key fingerprint:053C 73EC 3AC1 5C44 3E14 9245 FB00 3ED5 C506 1EA9
