Comcast, Firefox, google, youtube



As I've worked in the internet industry since 1995 at major isps and
webhosting companies, I always precede my intro with I'm a sysadmin let
me talk to a network engineer

The tech support guys are less than useless because you spend half an
hour
to an hour explaining the problem and the only answer for you is to run
Windows with IE so they can confirm the problem.
