We've got some informal rules. The most important issue is that the
subject clearly indicate that it is a job posting. Our preference is
that you use [JOB] in the subject, followed by a brief indication of
what the job is, such as [JOB] Linux sysadmin. But your two posts
pretty much conveyed the correct information.
