They provide root access.  They will install Debian 4.0 and I assume
Zope, Plone and Apache as I discussed in the communication.  They do
provide CPanel only the cost is $199 per year.  They may be giving me
a break in price because I mentioned that I don't use too much
bandwidth and that I have a few non-profit web sites. They provide a
dedicated IP.   I don't know too much more about it but will give it a
try.  I sent them a payment.  They operate 24/7 and will set up my
service so that I can work on it this weekend.  I just went thru the
routine with Ubuntu Edgy so I should have up to date rewrite scripts
for Apache (I hope because the rewrite script are a marathon setup for
me).  I will send out a little blurb on how it went.
