PVR or DVR for Linux - NOT MythTV

Well, I don't know how your house works, but in my house, I'm the only one
who ever knew how to program the VCR anyway, so using cron or something
else doesn't bother me. Sheesh, I *still* have to operate the
entertainment system because my wife will just pull out a portable CD
player.

I like SQLite, actually, the reason I do is that it is *not* a server. I
don't want to run a database server just for an application. If I have to
run a database server, I want to be able to chose my database. If the
application is going to embed its database, then let it do what it wants.
