I just installed WINE on my 64-bit Ubuntu, and installed ie4linux (MSIE 6.0). I ran MSIE successfully. Here is the URL you need to set ubuntu/kubuntu to install wine. https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WineForAMD64 1. Add repository key wget -q http://wine.budgetdedicated.com/apt/387EE263.gpg -O- | sudo apt-key add - 2. add the repository sudo wget http://wine.budgetdedicated.com/apt/sources.list.d/feisty.list -O /etc/apt/sources.list.d/winehq.list 3.
