Don't know if it's a coincidence, but since the Best Buy
purchase, I've noticed a deterioration in quality of their
service. I now tend to recommend Stephouse Networks
(stephouse.net) as a Covad reseller. Their principals are highly
regarded participants in nonrofit community technology efforts in
their hometown, Portland Oregon. And I've been very favorably
impressed with commercial service provided here in Boston (on the
other hand, I haven't yet had any need to reach them by phone at
odd hours and don't know how they handle that).
