vnc listen to 127.0.0.1:5900

 Hello all,

I try to setup vnc server. I got access deny error. I
look at the listen and found the following:

cp 0 0 127.0.0.1:5900
0.0.0.0:* LISTEN
tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:5901
0.0.0.0:* LISTEN
tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:5903
0.0.0.0:* LISTEN

It seems it is listen to 127.0.0.1. How can I change
it not to listen the loop back?
Also I edit /etc/services and add vnc port 5900, 5901
and 5902

Do I need to restart /etc/services or how to restart
it? I have no ideal. I already restart vncserver

Thanks and are appreciated.
