No, a jerk would be doing exactly what you just did -- belittle 
someone with a legitimate concern. Is it a concern that's easily 
addressed? Yes. Is it your job to be a dick about it? No. 

I'm glad that there are so many people who posted productive 
responses. I wouldn't want an outsider to look at you as 
representative of BLU.
