Please respond directly to Jason and not to me or the list From: Jason Mandel <[hidden email]> 3rd Shift Network Operations Center Analyst (Weekends) * Monitor, respond and resolve incidents arising from the client technical environments that would include but may not be limited to the networks (LAN/WAN), servers, storage units, applications, and security platforms, using pre-defined tools and processes. * Maintain continued ownership for all incidents related to the technical environment from discovery though post mortem analysis. * Execute and maintain primary responsibility for the Client Escalation Policy, Incident Communication Policy and other related policies as situations warrant. These incidents may be internal or external to clients and vendors. * Perform first level problem analysis and data collection by executing scripts and following procedures provided by second level support teams. * Provide and receive updates based on a documented schedule throughout the life of the incident using established procedures. * Work with the Technical Operations team to optimize and improve the existing monitoring & alerting platform by providing written requirements. * Assist in the hand-off and initiation of support issues from the first level call center support team. * Support the training of new NOC Analysts in technologies and procedures. * Provide Daily reports on time per documented schedule as directed.
