configure yum

how to configure yum in opensuse,,,, 
i have added the mail repositories but it wont works for me..... 

baseurl=http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/openSUSE:10.3/standard/

is thr any other repo....in which i found all the packages.... 

also zypper is not working with this repo.
