Part of the problem is that some "New" episodes are broadcasted several times diring the week by History Channel, A&E, TruTV and others. This used to drive me crazy, so I don't generally do a series recording of some of these shows. For instance if you do a series recording of things like Pawn Stars, you will probably get 6 or so of the same episode during the week. Usually, I don't want to record some of these programs during prime time, so I usually set them to record at 1 or 2AM.
