With current US throughput rates and the bandwidth caps they're looking to put on internet connections, I certainly wouldn't want to wait for a netboot over the Internet. They would need to dramatically slim down the minimal size of a Windows (or Linux) desktop install for that to really be feasible. Now OS install over the internet. That would be feasible since it is a much more infrequent process.
