Crashplan looks pretty cool. I'm trying it out now under Linux. It was a bit confusing in some small areas, like selecting the destination. I want to write out to an external USB hard drive, and I found I had to run it with sudo to do that. If it works well under Linux I'll try it on Windows. Thanks!
