No, I'm thinking that if an intruder jams the GSM device and cuts the hardline then no alarm signal is going to reach ADT until after the jammer is turned off or moved out of range. An intruder with a jammer will be long gone before the monitoring agency receives its first alarm signal. -- Rich P.
