[Discuss] ed

Ed is still in my fedora, but neither ed nor ex are really appropriate for
scripts. IMHO sed is a much more appropriate command.
I don't believe that ed was ever a bash builtin. So if you need it you can
install it from the distribution, although it may not be installed by
default.
