It is not on my Debian machine. Well, it is now because I just installed it; seems wrong to not have this classic. A once-useful program that is less than a 100KB download. Olden days? Glad the installation is called "ed", because it would be a hellish thing to search for. And, checking my work Ubuntu machine, it is there. -kb
