[Discuss] jitsi and streaming question solved

I'm not 100% who made the suggestion, but the solution is for the presenter
to click on settings. Then click on more.
Then the presenter  clicks on "everyone follows me". As long as this is set
the presenters screen will be in full screen. When the presenter unsets
this, the screen will return to tiled mode.
