I just had a brief exchange with a head hunter looking to fill a position at a university.? They asked me to take a test, which I almost always say no to.? I'm not a fscking trick pony.? I don't jump through hoops.? Nevertheless I could use some cash and took a look.? Some answers are "more" right or wrong based on popularity and not completely on technical accuracy.? I refused to play Family Feud and suggested they ask somebody else.? Check out this screenshot:? https://drive.google.com/file/d/1c4hpTFsKemqFh85dBkBJsMtktTxc1Bfe/view?usp=sharingI wonder, is this type of testing is the standard now?? It seems to me that it would be very biased.? I bet you could tell things like race, country of origin, and all sorts of other stuff not directly related to the ability to perform the job.Eric C
