[Discuss] keyboard issue

running fc37 on lenevo thinkpad T470.  for some unknown
reason, my keyboard has gone a bit bonkers.

the shift sometimes functions as capslock.  the capsloc
seems to function as ctl. makes life very difficult.

is there some way to reinitialize the keyboard
functionality?
