I fixed it, I used a hammer, but I fixed it:

 ? # mv /usr/bin/gnome-keyring-daemon /usr/bin/hide-gnome-keyring-daemon

The questions are still there, but unless I click the "forget" option
the encrypted volume won't mount. When I login some complaints about not
being able to start gnome-keyring-daemon appear in syslog, but no
apparent ill affects.

FYI.

-kb, the Kent who doesn't want his passwords being automatically saved
for him in various "helpful" places (Linux computer, web browsers, ?),
he wants them stored only where he stores them.
