[BLU/Officers] Fix to SpamAssassin rules

We've been getting a lot of false positives with the text "[SPAM]" prepended to the subject line. I just examined a bunch of legitimate messages that were falsely tagged, and all the ones I looked at had the rule "FH_DATE_PAST_20XX" as the biggest contributor to their spam scores. Further research turned up a thread about this rule, which apparently decides that any date past 2009-12-31 is "grossly in the future" and is therefore likely to be spam. I added a rule to spamassassin's local.cf to change the score for FH_DATE_PAST_20XX to 0.0, so it won't create any more false positives. Since a lot of current threads have the "[SPAM]" tag fossilized into their Subject lines, I also changed the tag in local.cf to "[**SPAM**]", to make it easier to track whether we still have an issue with false positives. -- John Abreau / Executive Director, Boston Linux & Unix AIM abreauj / JABBER jabr at jabber.blu.org / YAHOO abreauj / SKYPE zusa_it_mgr Email jabr at blu.org / WWW http://www.abreau.net / PGP-Key-ID 0xD5C7B5D9 PGP-Key-Fingerprint 72 FB 39 4F 3C 3B D6 5B E0 C8 5A 6E F1 2C BE 99
