[BLU/Officers] BLU 20 year anniversary

We had previously discussed commemorating our 20 year anniversary with
pizza and a cake. As the meeting is less than 2 weeks away, we need to
start planning the details.

As I recall, David ordered a cake at Costco for our 10 year anniversary in
2004, with a representation of the BLU logo on it.

David, can you do this again?

I figure we should plan on cutting the cake around 7:10 pm.


As for the pizzas:

1. What time do we want the pizzas to arrive? The most obvious choices
would be

    a. 6:30 pm, before the meeting starts; and
    b. 8:30 pm, as the meeting wraps up.


2. Where to order from? My preference is Bertucci's, of course.


3. How many pizzas should we order, and what kinds?

I'm thinking a mix Plain, Pepperoni, Pucillo, and a white pizza for Bill's
allergies, would make sense, but I assume we'll order more than 4, there's
room for additional choices.


4. Do we also order sodas?

I recall a couple times when I stopped at the vending machines on the way
to the meeting, and the machines were already sold out.
