[BLU/Officers] BLU 20 year anniversary

I'm sorry I didn't see this sooner.  Still slaving away on
end-of-conference stuff.
I'll try to make it happen.  I will at least get the cake even if I
can't get it decorated in time.  It's a shame I'll have to go from
Boston to Waltham to Cambridge.
