[BLU/Officers] Next Installfest

I've just sent in the room request for Dec 6.

In the unlikely event that the room is unavailable on Dec 6, I'll resubmit
a request for Dec 13. I don't expect that to happen, but it has happened
once in the past. Once in 20 years is rather infrequent.

Anyway, I'll let everyone know after I receive confirmation.
