I've tracked down the problem.
As I previously mentioned the problem is with the tray itself. The
roller is fine, but it rubs against the plastic housing. Either the
roller was replaced with one that is too big, or the part that sits
adjacent to the roller is too small. As I mentioned, single rollers
cost under $4.00 + S&H. Anyone know of a place in the Boston area who
might carry those parts. I don't think any of the major computer places
do.=20
