Registering for Wednesday's PGP/GnuPG keysigning

I notice that only two people are currently signed up for the
BLU keysigning next week: myself, and Rajiv Manglani.

I just modified the registration script to display a table
of keys registered for the keysigning. In order to participate,
you need to register in advance, so we can print up a checklist
before the meeting.
