Yup. I went by... have been pondering a membership there since their early days over on Windsor St... am still not convinced of the ROI, but hey, I spend more on a garage I don't use... 

I think what these guys have going for them is location and anchor tenants... I used to have access to a pay-as-you-go shop that went belly-up because they were just too far from their constituency... http://builderati.com/

that phenomenon may kill a lot of local hackerspaces... AFAICT, you have to be within biking distance...
