You can turn off the requirements for a keyboard and mouse in many PC BIOS systems but the video may be an issue for some card/monitor settings. Check your BIOS for a QuickStart option to bypass the memory check and mouse/keyboard check. If you are just using basic SVGA on the video that should be OK as well, otherwise you may have to reset once you've booted up.
