Is it possible for putty or ssh.com's windows SSH client to use OpenSSH generated private keys? Basically, I generated a public/private key set on my main workstation at home and I installed it on all my machines, and it works great. However, when I brought the key to work and tried to use it on a windows box both putty and commercial SSH report that they can not read the private key file. I tried using 'ssh-keygen -e -f id_rsa' and I still couldn't get it going. I'd really like to turn off ssh password authentication on my firewall. :) Jon
