I've been thinking of using Gentoo for the next BLU server. One of the problems of using a distro like Red Hat and SuSE is that you get locked into a release. With Gentoo, AFAIK, you can maintain your system in a more current state. Maybe we should start a discussion about this. Also note that Dan is our presenter for next month's BLU meeting. - -- Jerry Feldman <gaf at blu.org> Boston Linux and Unix user group http://www.blu.org PGP key id:C5061EA9 PGP Key fingerprint:053C 73EC 3AC1 5C44 3E14 9245 FB00 3ED5 C506 1EA9 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.2-rc1-SuSE (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE/bahm+wA+1cUGHqkRAqxgAJ9xz/soVuGhoPYDlv4ZehVlXS8GHgCggFct rs6u7HIU9RAK81uIFC9lLeo= =CR9V -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
