Decoder for Quicktime .mov

PAL refers to the fact that it is using the standard european encoding
for frame rates and resolutions.  This would imply a 25 FPS video.
You probablt want ntsc-vcd, if there is such an option.  However, VCD
is not great quality, it is about VHS or maybe a little less.  There
might be a MPEG2 or ntsc-dvd option.  I would personally encode to
some type of MPEG4 like XviD.  But if you want to use it on a set-top
DVD player, then stick with MPEG1/2...
