Just to buoy up the conspiracy theory. SCO's attorneys are Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP. One might remember that they represented Microsoft in the anti-trust suit. For a complete list of attorneys, groklaw has it all laid out. http://www.groklaw.net/staticpages/index.php?page=20050623131037489 AFAIK, Boies, Schiller & Flexner is in for the duration. The next interesting issue is going to be how SCO is able to argue against the Declarations of David Bradford, Tor Braham, and Allison Amadia who presented some reasonably strong evidence that Novell retains the Unix and UnixWare copyrights and Patents. It is possible that Caldera (SCO) may have been mislead when they bought Tarentella's Unix (SCO) division. In any case, the BLU is not going to pay SCO for a Linux license :-) -- Jerry Feldman <gaf at blu.org> Boston Linux and Unix user group http://www.blu.org PGP key id:C5061EA9 PGP Key fingerprint:053C 73EC 3AC1 5C44 3E14 9245 FB00 3ED5 C506 1EA9
