There are more attorneys on the IBM vs. SCO than there are members of the BLU :-), and probably outnumber SCO employees :-). The IBM case is the more interesting of the two cases in that SCO keeps trying to point to evidence they have not presented even after being sanctioned by the court. You've even got one expert who is saying IBM destroyed evidence because the developers deleted their sandboxes. (Note that a sandbox is a temporary area used when a developer checks out code from some source control systems.
