Freenas is a really cool product, based on ZFS.  However, the version of ZFS
in there is much older than what's available now, so ... It basically
depends on how technical you want to be.  If you use freenas, the setup is
easier, but if you go with opensolaris, the features and bugfixes are
significantly more current.
