[Discuss] Comcast goes all encrypted video in Cambridge



Coax is shielded, so it won't pick up any signal directly. But my
understanding is that if the inside wire on a coax cable is grounded, it
can use whtever it is grounded *to* as a big loop antenna and the coax will
then transmit the signal. I wonder where the other end of his piece of
cable is?
